Though there are various forms of massage, ours focus primarily on providing healing or therapy that stimulates muscle tissue and eases pain. Classic Massage

Swedish Massage

Using the 5 classic strokes, Swedish massage promotes relaxation, blood circulation and lymph flow. The five strokes include sliding, kneading, rhythmic tapping, friction, and vibration to enable the therapist to reach and relieve muscle tissue from the surface to down deep. Swedish Massage, known elsewhere as Classic Massage has been shown to aid in relieving joint stiffness, reducing pain, and improving muscle function.  This is a great massage style to work out many areas of the body and leave you feeling like a million bucks.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue works on the muscles and fascia located below the surface muscles. This massage modality is best utilized to treat consistent pain, people involved in heavy physical activity, or clients that have sustained a physical injury (e.g. whiplash, tweaked back). Deep tissue techniques are very valuable to areas of injury, but generally are not used for a full body session.

Starts fully clothed with custom Thai bodywork on the heated gemstone mat made with 40lbs of gemstones. These are heated with far infrared heat combined w/ photon red light treatment + electromagnetic pulsing. Our auto-renew packages offer great deals, with a 6 month commitment to auto-draft monthly from your credit card of choice. Each month, you receive a reduced-price massage that you can book at any time during the month. You can also upgrade a particular massage during your commitment (for example, from a 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage) for an additional charge. If you cannot come in one month for a massage, the massage will ‘roll over’ into the next month and you have one year from purchase to use it.
